Tyger's Three Minute Chocolate Mug Cake!

You are going to love this.

Welcome to the world of microwave cake. In fact better than that, welcome to the world of microwave chocolate mug cake. I take no responsibility for the recipe, nor can I say that the result is the most complex, interesting cake but nonetheless it would definitely fill a hole.

Here's a party trick if ever I saw one.

3 MINUTE CHOCOLATE MUG CAKE

4 tablespoons flour
4 tablespoons sugar
2 tablespoons cocoa
1 egg
3 tablespoons milk
3 tablespoons oil
3 tablespoons chocolate chips (optional but so much better with)
A small splash of vanilla extract
1 large coffee mug

1. Mix the dry ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Add the egg, stir then pour in the milk and oil. Mix well.

2. Add the chocolate chips (if using) and vanilla extract, and mix again. Pour into your mug and cook for 3 minutes at 1000 watts.

3. The cake will rise over the top of the mug, but don't be afraid, the mixture will set. Allow to cool a little, and tip out onto a plate if desired and serve with ice cream or thick whipped cream or even a dollop of squirty cream!

Enjoy!
