Wednesday 18th February 2009, 10.15 p.m. The Orb Whisperers trecked down to Packhorse Bridge, Caergwrle to see what we could pick up. A number of anomalies, both audio and visual were captured and our group medium Dave provided us with a wealth of information about the souls who have crossed the Packhorse Bridge in the past and whose imprints or shades still remain.....
Denise, barely visible in the darkness, begins an EVP session at the end of the bridge, unaware that 5 orbs are gathering around her
The results of this EVP session can be heard below, a female voice is distinctly heard to say "I used to come here, now I'm (not so sure?)"
Karen and Dave discuss the characters who have crossed Packhorse Bridge over the years, Dave is picking up on the spirit of a mother searching for her lost child who occasionally manifests at this part of the bridge and leans over the parapet. Dave feels the distressed lady is close now....and a brilliant orb is captured close by along with a smaller 'baby' one.

Dave picks up on the spirit of a travelling lady named Bet who frequents the bridge, a 'spirit light' appears at his shoulder and a faint orb hovers just above Hannah (extreme right)
Hannah, Dave, Karen and Jenna explore an unseen 'barrier' of energy which is felt right across the bottom end of the bridge
We are all aware that energy is beginning to build as Hannah, Tyger, Denise and Karen call out into the darkness. The results of their EVP experiments are excellent...
In the wooded area to the left of Packhorse Bridge, Dave picks up on the spirit of 'The Herbalist', an old lady who once frequented this area but was accused of witchcraft on account of her knowledge, a solitary orb hovers ahead of us. Dave explains that there was trouble, that the poor lady was hounded by the local mob as a host of orbs (below) gather behind us....

Dave picks up on a powerful presence just over the parapet, sure enough, an orb is present.

A new feature of our investigations is to record the images, feelings and sense of events picked up by our medium and to compare results picked up by the rest of the team in against it. Following an investigation, all team members are given an identical questionnaire relating to characters picked up by Dave which they then fill in independantly. Results are kept under wraps until all questionnaires have been returned then they're circulated amongst the group for comparison.
